The school is committed to providing appropriate resources for disabled students wherever this is practicable, e.g. large print texts, lap-top computers, tape-recorders.  The age and design of the building, however, make wheelchair access to certain rooms impracticable at present and for the foreseeable future, especially the Science laboratories, the ICT suite, the Modern Languages rooms and the Library Resource Centre.  

Suitable steps are taken to ensure that pupils with disabilities, both permanent and temporary, receive their entitlement to the curriculum
